How to buy a Wild Tubs product
From browsing models to your first soak β here's exactly what happens when you order with us.
Step 01
Choose your model
Browse our hot tubs and saunas to find the model that fits your space, style, and budget. Every product page includes specs, photos, and a built-in configurator.
Step 02
Configure your build
Use the configurator to pick wood type, finishes, heater, accessories, and more. Don't worry if you're unsure β our team reviews every order and will advise on incompatible combinations.
Step 03
Send your request
Review the final summary and send the inquiry. No payment is required at this stage. Add your full delivery address so we can quote shipping accurately, and a phone number in case our email lands in your spam folder.
Step 04
We review with you
Our managers contact you to discuss the order, answer questions, and adjust details if needed. Once everything is agreed, we send you a detailed pre-bill.
Step 05
Confirm and pay deposit
If the offer suits you, we ask for an advance to start production: 40% for hot tubs, 30% for saunas. Pay by bank transfer or Wise (PayPal also available with a 4% service fee).
Step 06
We build your tub
Hot tubs typically take 6 weeks; saunas 12 weeks, depending on production load. When finished, we send you photos so you can confirm everything is exactly as ordered.
Step 07
Delivery to your door
We arrange transport about a week before production ends. Tubs and saunas arrive fully assembled. You're responsible for unloading β typically 4β5 helpers or a forklift / crane.
Heads-up
Delivery outside the EU
For non-EU destinations we invoice at 0% VAT β you pay your country's VAT, import duty, and customs fees on arrival. The total cost ends up very close to what you see on our pages.
